About this service
Charter Life Solutions is operated by Major Conversion LLC. These terms apply to our insurance inquiry website. The service helps adults request contact about final expense, also called burial, life insurance.
Submitting an inquiry is free and does not require you to buy insurance. It requests follow-up from a licensed insurance agent about quotes and coverage options. The form does not issue a policy or provide an instant, binding insurance quote.
Referrals and insurance
We receive compensation for selling or referring inquiries to insurance agents, agencies, IMOs, FMOs, marketing companies, lead generators, lead aggregators, lead distributors and other purchasers of insurance inquiries.
Distribution may be non-exclusive, meaning the same inquiry may be sold or referred to more than one business. Buyers that act as aggregators or distributors may resell or refer your inquiry, including your contact information and submitted inquiry details, to other businesses in these categories for follow-up on your insurance inquiry. Further sales, disclosures and contacts remain subject to applicable law, required notices and permissions, and your applicable privacy choices. These terms do not waive your privacy rights or provide blanket consent for all future marketing.
We do not represent that the service compares every insurer or policy. Eligibility, premiums, benefits, waiting periods, exclusions and availability depend on the insurer, policy and applicant. Only an issued policy determines coverage. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval, a particular price, or enough money to pay every final expense.
Your information
You must be at least 18 and submit your own accurate information using a phone number you are authorized to use. Do not submit an inquiry for another person, impersonate anyone, send unlawful content or interfere with the website.
Phone verification and communications
When you request a verification code, LeadCapture.io's verification service sends a text to the number entered. Additional codes may be sent when you request them. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Verification checks access to the number. It does not enroll you in recurring marketing texts or authorize every future lead buyer to contact you using automated, prerecorded or artificial-voice technology. Any optional messaging program requires its own applicable disclosures and permissions before messages are sent. These terms do not substitute for that permission.
For help or to withdraw a communications request, use our contact page, email support@majorconversion.com or write to us at the address below. You may also use a message's available unsubscribe instructions. Recipients that independently contact you must honor the requests applicable to their communications.
Availability and changes
Website access and referrals may be interrupted or unavailable. We may correct or update the website and these terms. Changes carry an updated effective date and any notice required by law. They do not expand an earlier marketing permission. Nothing here waives consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
